Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
We are located at 3455, rue Isabelle (office M), Brossard, Quebec J4Y 2R2.
Open Monday to Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
How does your loyalty program work?

- From level 2 (Silver Customer) or $1506 spent, get 0.02 points for every dollar spent.

Your return policy?
- No returns are accepted without our prior authorization.
- Unopened products: no returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Opened products (in case of defect): no returns after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges on tweezers, electrodes (high-frequency), neon lights and clearance items (final sale).
- No refunds are issued: a credit will be applied to the next purchase. Restocking fees may apply.
