Here is our loyalty points system 2.0 (from October 15, 2024, available on our website only):
- From level 2 (Silver Customer) or $1506 spent, get 0.02 points for every dollar spent.
- From level 3 (Gold Customer) or $4506 spent, get 0.03 points for every dollar spent.
- From level 4 (Platinum Customer) or $7506 spent, get 0.04 points for every dollar spent.

- This website is reserved for beauticians and/or other professionals in the field of aesthetics.
- No minimum purchase required.
- Prices may change without notice.
- We reserve the right not to sell/ship certain products near a salon that already sells them. In this case, we will contact you directly.
- Any problem regarding an order must be reported to us, by telephone or email, upon receipt of the products.
Your return policy?
- No returns are accepted without our prior authorization.
- Unopened products: no returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Opened products (in case of defect): no returns after 15 days from the date of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges on tweezers, electrodes (high-frequency) and clearance items (final sale).
- No refunds are issued: a credit will be applied to the next purchase. Restocking fees may apply.

Delivery in Canada only (Canada Post or Purolator).
